4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We may share limited data with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and SMS platforms) for operational purposes only.
When you request a quote on this website, the phone number and service choices you enter (ZIP code, number of dogs, cleanup frequency and when your yard was last cleaned) are saved through the website's hosting and data platform so we can respond to your request. To show current pricing, our website's server sends only your ZIP code and those service choices to our scheduling provider, Sweep & Go. If you complete the signup form on this website, the details you enter there are sent to Sweep & Go to create your customer account, whether or not you add a card. If you add a card, your card number and security code are typed into a secure box provided by our payment processor, CardConnect, and go directly to CardConnect; this website does not receive or store them. CardConnect returns a token that stands in for your card. Our website's server sends that token, with the name on the card, the expiry date and your billing ZIP code, to Sweep & Go so your card is kept on file for your service, and the website does not keep the token afterwards. You can also sign up on the separate signup page hosted by Sweep & Go. Sweep & Go and CardConnect handle the information they receive under their own terms and privacy practices.
